It either results in a gain in the Central government’s assets or a decrease in its liabilities. The most obvious example of a capital expenditure is when the government builds schools, hospitals, railways, bridges, roads, or other infrastructure. Live 2024 Budget: The chairman of Sky One, Jaideep Mirchandani, offered the following commentary on the aviation and tourism sectors’ budget announcements: “Budget 2024 paints an optimistic picture for India’s aviation and tourism sectors.” The careful expansion of already-existing airports and the noteworthy increase of airports to 149 during the previous 10 years demonstrate the government’s commitment to fostering the growth of aviation. With almost 1,000 new planes planned, the sector is ready to provide the demand with advantageous leasing terms.
“The government’s focus on tourism projects in islands, including Lakshadweep, opens up exciting possibilities for both sectors,” Mirchandani continued. There is a lot of promise in pushing states to encourage tourism, particularly spiritual tourism.
